General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

LAD mean left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery that supplied a major part of the left side of heart.
Although the percentage is not given the report shows about grade 3. This indicates perfusion is present.
But as far as the possibility of medical management or whether to keep in a stent is sure to be done after discussing with your treating Doctor.
You can have the second opinion of another Cardiologist or Cardiac surgeon to know more about the problems and anyway the medical treatment has to be continued.
Also important is to avoid stress and anxiety in the patient as it helps better outcome.
Medical treatment of associated medical problems like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid problem should be treated well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
