welcome to hcm ...your aorta major blood vessel is narrow below the origin of kidney arteries
but the narrowing is not clinically significant meaning it does not need urgent stent
but as you are diabetic and hypertension patient please take care of your bp and sugar level and lipid profile
avoid smoking and drinking
you may take baby aspirin 150 mg per day
please take it seriously bur at present it is not worrisome
