What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

I have follicular Non Hodgkins Lymphoma...been in CR for 8 years. My quarterly blood test shoes a high level of Total Immature Granulocyte ( normal is 0.00 to 0.031) mine is at 0.040. My WBC is high at 10.8 (normal is 0.0 to 0.2). I am currently taking antibiotics for sinus infection. Should I been concerned? I feel great and have no classic B symptoms of the fNHL. I m 65 years old and female. Thank you!

Hi
Thanks for your query.
Based on your query and reports, my opinion is
1. High counts of WBC should be evaluated to check for any residual disease.
2. Get a peripheral smear examination done to know the type of cell which is increased.
3. Immature granulocyte is also increased.
Also get a flow cytometric analysis to assess the lineage of cells to know if it is lymphoblast or myeloblast.
Hope this helps
Wish you good health
