Hi,

Your RBC count is slightly high. Your MCV is slight low. I need to know your full CBC report with peripheral smear examination report to guide you further.

You can rule out hemoglobinopathy by HB electrophoresis by HPLC method. Lymphocytosis could be because of temporary viral infection.
