What Does The Following Blood Test Report Mean?

Hi I am 15 weeks pregnant and I got my complete blood picture done. The report shows wbc count close to 13.1 which is above normal of 11. Also platelet count is a slight decrease , it is 1.4 as against a normal of 1.5 -4 . Overall blood report says mild thrombocytopenia and mild leukocyte with neutrophils. This is my second pregnancy and I am 33 yrs old. First pregnancy was in age of 28 yrs and normal delivery. Please let me know if there is any cause for worry

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
Your blood report suggests you have a infection as neutrophils are slightly elevated.Get urine examination done as UTI is more common in pregnancy. Platelet levels are mildly reduced which may because of hemodilution occurring during pregnancy no need to worry about that.

Thank you
