Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
You have a blood report and urine report. Blood report looks normal and liver function is fine. But urine report is not normal. It shows pus cells and bacteraemia. so mostly urinary tract infection is there.
I advice to drink 4 to 5 litres of water per day that will help to clean infection. Take antibiotics like tablet Ofloxacin twice a day for 5 days full course. Take tablet Omeprazole once in morning empty stomach.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Nirav Nimavat, General & Family Physician
