What Does The Following Blood Test Result Indicate?
hi. my mother is 62 years old. for 2 month she has Prolonged fever and sometimes Night sweats and had Weight Loss for 4 months . she did blood tests : Esr 1st hr : 107 Hb : 9.9 LDH : 2436 Alkalaine phosphatase : 330 Calcium : 8.8 Serumprotein Electrophoresis : Albumin : 3.4 Alpha 1 : 0.4 Alpha 2 : 0.9 Beta : 0.6 Gama : 1.1 Urine proteins Electrophoresis Albumin+T.Horsafall : 10.0 Tot.Prot. (Mg/dl ) : 10 note protein total excretion = 120 mg/24 h Albumin excretion = 12 mg/24 h Serum immunofixation Serum IgG 1222 Serum IgM 175 Serum IgA 293 note : polyclonal immunoglobulins & kappa & Lambda were detected. Urine Immunofixation Note :No immunoglobulins & kappa & Lambda were detected. she also did Bone marrow aspiration &biopsy which are normal and Diagnosis : Bone marrow aspiration & biopsy: -Normocellular marrow whit mild megalobastic changes - Plasma cells population of marrow is mildy increased ( 1-2 % of total cell population ) there are no evidences of malignancy in this specimen. but unfortunately my mom also has fever sometimes and she is Lack of appetite. in past she had Sarcoidosis illness. please help me to find her illness

is there hepatospenomegaly? what is the platelet count?
differential WBC count and note on urinary output are important tests in this case.
