I m 54 just got my blood results sodium141. Potassium 4.5 chloride 99. Carbon dioxide 26 calcium 9.8 protEin 7.3 albumin 4.7 globulin 2.6 a/g ratio 1.8 bilirubin .3. Alkaline phosphate 64 ast(sgot) 24 alt(sgpt)Lipids cholesterol total high 239. Trigl 110. Hal 57 vldl 22. Leland 160 high hemoglobin 5.7 high vitamin d 42.1. Thyroxine 6.6. Explain in English please

Hi..dear..Nothing to worry about ur reports..all the parameters are within normal limits except slightly high cholesterol..so for that you have to do slight modifications in diet..
1) avoid oily and junk food if you are taking
2) take high fiber diet such green leafy vegetables and fruits
3) light exercises such as jogging for 20-30 mins preferably in morning
4) take lots of water..and looking at your hb report it looks like a typing error..so please check it one more time..if it is only 5.6 then you must visit a doctor to find a proper cause..hope this helps you..thanks
