What Does The Following Blood Test Result Mean?

I am looking at blood testing results: what does it mean to have high segs, monocytes, mono absolutes baso absolutes, rbc all of these are high and lymphs are low Symtpoms are fever, sore achey body - on antibiotic for strep, which tested nega tive today

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of fever along with high segmented white blood cells and low lymphocytes suggests bacterial infection.
However, infection with streptococcus is ruled out and thus there is some other cause for the infection.
Consult your treating doctor to look for focus of infection in the body.
