What Does The Following Bone Scan Report Suggest?

What does this mean from a Bone Scan Nuclear Medicine. There is mild increased activity in the right shoulder. There are of abnormally decreased tracer activity/photogenic area in the shoulder. A right knee art hop lastly is seen. There is mild increase tracer activity adjacent to the distal right femur likely related to a chip fracture. There is minimal increased tracer activity at T8 probably related to degenerative changes. There is normal excretion of tracer in the urinary tract.
