What Does The Following Brain MRI Report Indicate?

I have a problem with my vocal cords, pain in the neck region and with an history of paralytic stroke about a one decade ago. An MRI of the brain was suggested to rule out some problem in the brain. Now, we are on way to a neurologist. The highlighted portion of the MRI report suggests that SMALL GLIOTIC AREA IN RIGHT HALF OF MEDULA . Kindly let us know what complications could this cause. As I have to travel abroad today. Do I need to cancel my visit or it is nothing serious and I can carry on

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the MRI report is not suggestive of any cerebral lesion, but you really need to see the neurologist, but this may not be due to any disease, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
