Hi,

You heart usually have four chambers in which left side two chambers are connected with mitral valve or two leaflet valve. Right two chambers are connected with trip leaflet valve or tricuspid valve. Report shows that your bi leaflet valve is got degenerated and getting prolase into left atrium lead to leakage of blood.

You also have ischemic heart disease that why your myocardium basal and posterior part of cardiac muscle not moving. So you need to consult your Cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
