What Does The Following Chest X-ray Report Suggest?

I an 75 and chest Xray shows Hyperexpanded lungs with no acute pulmonary process( with Flattening if the hemidiaphrams sceen, calcified granulomas sceen , History of TB (25 years old upon return from Africa 55years ago, raised in central California farming area and exposed to fungal infections (Valley Fever) and I had pneumonia in Vietnam. NO SHORTNESS OF BREADTH, TREADMILL WALKING 3-4 MILES/WEEK AND LIFT MILD WEIGHT ARMS AND UPPER BODY. 5 9 210 LBS YOUR THOUGHTS whaT DO YOU THINK

Hi,

There are senile emphysematous changes in the lung with calcified fibrotic nodules related to past tuberculosis.
There are no signs of cardiac insufficiency.
