CHEST PA VIEW Compared with previous film dated 9/26/2014 again shows fibronodular infiltrates in the left upper lobe. Heart is not enlarged. Diaphragm and sinuses are intact. IMPRESSION: FIBRONODULAR INFILTRATES, LEFT UPPER LOBE, UNCHANGED SINCE 9/26/2014 What do you mean by this
Hi & Welcome. The chest x-ray findings indicate the consequence of a previous infection of tuberculosis.
The infection may be clinical or sub clinical which you may not have realized it. You need to consult the physician or pulmonologist for further evaluation & to get the imaging studies like HRCT done to compare it with the old one to see whether the disease has resolved fully or it needs to be treated more diligently.
Hope this answers your query.
