General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the x-ray finding of opacity in right para cardiac region with calcification in lower lobe lung indicate obvious right lung pathology which can be ranging from a bacterial, viral infection, secondary to autoimmune-mediated lung reaction or else.

The lab data evaluation requires total differential count evaluation to delineate between bacterial and viral cause which is not provided in details herewith to comment.

With limited information, I can tell that condition is demanding immediate medical care with a pulmonologist to prevent further damage to the lung parenchyma.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
