What Does The Following Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Good morning. My husband got his xray result today. He was diagnosed with minimal apical pleural thickening bilateral. He is an OFW bound for Middle East. Is this treatable or do we need second opinion or another chest xray from a government hospital. Thank u

pleural thickening is not a major issue it is just scarring of the pleura due to repeated infections he can pursue his career in the middle east
