What Does The Following Colonoscopy Report Suggest?
Sections of these fragments of colonic mucosa that are polypoid with aggregates of lymphoplasmacytic cells in the stroma but with no evidence of hyperplasia. I would like to understand what this means after undergoing a colonoscopy and the histopathology.

No treatment or surgery required in this stage.
