I would like to understand impressions of mri cortical involutional changes slightly more than expected for patients stated age. Non specific hyperitense flair signal foci in the frontal subcortical white matter bilaterrally and right pariental subcortical white matter. Differential possibilities include chronic microvascular ischemic changes, vascular occlusive disease, demyelinating desease and infections/ inflamatory etiologies. No evidence of an acute infract

The condition sounds to be in relation with hypo perfusion of cerebral areas of concern due to underlying arterial occlusion, neuro-chemical disturbances or others responsible for the agony.
