What Does The Following Diagnostic Laparoscopy Test Result Suggest?

Hi I had a diagnostic laparoscopy done and also blue dye test, laparoscopy reviewed a normal uterus and normal ovarys but I had flimsy adehsions from my tube to my ovaries and also on my ovarian sugar and uterus actual ligaments. No other abnormal findings wee seen , she is not sure my doctor if the changes are due to early endometriosis but dosent think my pain is accountable for these changes , blue test dye shown no fill or spill on either tube , the proximal , cornual end were stiff and no dual which she said was a very unusal finding? I was wondering what the cornual ends were and if this is somthing I should be worrid about? Thankyou

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for consulting. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

you must have done it as diagnostic laproscopic surgery rite. according to your report the Fallopian tubes are blocked. normally the dye must fill and spill into the abdominal cavity.

so the block has to be removed for the ovary to travel from the fallopian tube into the uterus and then pregnancy.

do not worry your Doctor will help you with the treatment.

Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.

Have a wonderful time ahead.

Best Regards!
