Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Your ivsd is little high, left ventricular internal diameter in systole and diastole is little low seen in left ventricular hypertrophy.

This left ventricular hypertrophy may be caused by hypertension or Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Thus hypertrophy may lead to little pain while on exertion. Please continue antihypertensive medication, avoid excessive salt intake. Eat green leafy vegetables, avoid alcohol and smoking.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
