General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello,
All your reports are not so bad and you do not need any surgery. Just take care of your smoking. If possible decrease smoking as much as possible.
Your BP should not cross 140/90 mmHg and your sugar should be within normal limits. Go for morning or evening walk at moderate pace.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Varinder Joshi
