What Does The Following Electrocardiography Report Suggest?

I just received on line a report for ELECTROCARDIAGRAM taken April 2, 2018. The report writing but I think it says “Left axis deviation minor inferior depolarization disturbance, Cardiac ischemic, LV overload or aspecific change, Flat or Low negative T in VF with negative in II. ECG without significant abnormalities.

that left axis means how your heart positioned in the chest in the manner of electrical activity.Lv overload means LV having much more blood which is not pumping out ,and that last one T changes indicate that there is less blood supply to part of heart tissue but all of this nothing much serious or significant.
