General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing fecalysis, any associated symptom? The report is suggestive of blood in the stool which is due to bleeding in the digestive tract. It can be due to stomach ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis, polyps, hemorrhoids or cancer.

For further evaluation you are advised to consult a gastroenterologist and certain lab tests like CBC, ESR, endoscopic examination of the stomach or intestines may be required to detect any underlying cause.

Hope this will help. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
