What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Suggest?

Hi recently, there have been blood in my stool so i have my stool examined. my results are Pus cell 0-1/ hpf RBC 100/hpf MAcrophages NONE Fat Globules NONE Parasites NONE Seen i don t know what is the problem and i m very worried. Please help thank you!
