What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Suggest?

Hi doctor, I wanna ask about my son s fecalysis result .. it has mucus and greenish also 0-1hpf for e.coli cyst and 0-2 wbc. Should I be worry about this? I will have his follow up after 3 days and his diarrhea still continuous and I a freaing out because it has blood now

diarrhorea isdue to e coli...no pus in faecal sample but ecoli trreatment has to be done...get cover of antibiotic with antihelminthic...give him more of lactobacillus
