Hello,

Your child stool report shows pus cells and mucus. So, infective enteritis seems most likely. Stool culture report can be done to choose antibiotic according to sensitivity.

So, investigate further with stool culture and also stool routine micro examination with concentration like technique to search for the parasite. Consult a pediatrician for the examination and accordingly get investigated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
