What Does The Following Fecalysis Report Suggest?

I had a fecalysis today and my doctor wanted to confine me since I look very weak and pale. I want to get a second opinion regarding my results.Results are as follows: Color: Dark brown Consistency: semi-formed RBC: 1-3 HPF Pus cells: 1-3 HPF Bacteria: Many Yeast: Moderate E. Histolytica cysts: 1-2 HPF I was in so much pain that night before my check up, I vomited 5 times and pooped at least seven times. I was still in pain when I went to my consultation but the severe spasm and stomach pain were somewhat bearable and dull throbbing, so I passed on the confinement but promised the ER dr that if I get a repeat of last night, i ll have myself confined. Thank you

Hi,

Your presentation of colitis is severe and so you need to be given a Ciprofloxacin plus Metronidazole course. Your stool report shows the presence of many bacteria and fungus.
It can be from contamination too. So you have to repeat your stool routine microscopic examination report and collect stool in the sterile container.
