What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Indicate?

HI i had a miscarriage of two months two yrs ago after then i unable to concieve .my left fallopian tube is blocked aftr misscarriage. N my last lmp is on 15 august .and on 9th day in follicular study biggst follicle is seen in left ovary of 9*7 mm. Plz suggest me some drug to mature the right ovarian follicle...so that i concieve easily in this month. Tdy is my 10th day. And i hv 35 days cycle. Plz help.m worried!!!!!

I really appreciate your concern, as I say every time that pregnancy is kind of natural and physiological phenomenon may not need any treatment unless have some indication, but of course it required presence of sperm and ovum at the time of coitus hope this information helps.
