What Does The Following Follicular Study Report Suggest?

Hello doctor. I m 23yrs old planning for a baby and a k/c/o pcod.undergoing follicular study.took tab.letrozol from day 5to9.on day13 my et-4.5 rt ovary follicle size 2.0*1.8 free fluid - . Same day inj. Hcg1000 iu given. On day 14 my et-6.4,rt ovary follicle size 2.4*2.2 pod-free fluid +. My radiologist told egg is not ruptured yet and asked for followup.Is there chance of egg ruptured already bcoz on day 14 it says free fluid +?

Hi, I think there is a chance of rupture on day 13 itself as there was free fluid in pod. Size of follicle can increase also after rupture if it becomes a corpus literal cyst. So, I think the follicle has ruptured. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks. Do a urine pregnancy test after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles. Hope it helps.
