Hello welcome to the health care magic

Here your total wbc count is high with neutrophilia, so infection might be the possibility.

Your HB low with polychromasia, hence hemolytic anemia should be ruled out.
Investigate further with reticulocyte count testing.

For low HB iron tablets should be prescribed.

Investigate with serum ferritin, serum TIBC testing and serum LDH.

Consult physician for examination and discuss your case
