General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Your hemogram looks perfectly normal and nothing abnormal in it to worry.
Mild anisopoikilocytosis means the size and shape of your red blood cells are slightly variable. It is a normal variant and nothing to worry in it.
All other parameters are normal and nothing abnormal there to worry.
The size and iron and iron content of your red blood cells are also normal.

Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
I find this answer helpful
