What Does The Following Lab Results Indicate?

Hi Doctors. Is the result of the following statement normal:

Both hemidiaphragms are elevated with resultant crowding of the basal lung markings and widening of the cardiac transverse diameter, which may be due to poor inspiratory effort.
No active parenchymal infiltrates or area of consolidation is identified to the extent visualized.
Hemidiaphragms, costophrenic sulci, soft tissues and visualized osseous structures are unremarkable.
