Bacteria in urine may suggest a UTI. UTI is a condition which signifies the urinary tract may be infected. You may also test your urine for culture and sensitivity, to confirm the presence of bacteria, if any. Relevant tests like Hemogram, KFT and ultrasound may also be done. If UTI is confirmed you may be given an course of antibiotics to clear the infection; along with urinary alkalinising agents. Water intake should also be significantly higher Hope this helps.
