I don t understand my lab results for CMV testing, they are as follow: cmv igg 10 Negative equivocal 0.60-0.69 positive 0.69 cmv igm equivocal 30-34.9 positive 34.9

Ig G 10 means that you had past exposure to CMV infection. The absence of Ig M means that you don't have infection now.
