What Does The Following Liver MRI Report Suggest?

Liver shows irregular contours. Intrahepatic billary channels not dilated. A (1.00 X 1.1CM) arteralized nodule is seen in segment VIII of liver remain isodense on delayed phase image, Hemangoima /dysplastic nodule. Further there are tiny cystes in segment viii. PV and hepatic veins are patent gastrosophasgl splenic varices are seen. pls advise

The given report suggestive of a benign(non-cancerous) tumor in your liver.

It is a mostly harmless tumor and does not generally cause any problem.

If you are symptomatic surgery may be required.
