What Does The Following Lung CT Scan Report Mean?

I had a lung CT scan done. The findings were multiple nodular/tree-in-bud type densities involving the left upper lobe predominately. There is some minimal patchy density in the left lower lobe as well. There is some minimal atelectasis in the lingual. What does this mean?

Your lung CT scan report suggests that you have pulmonary infiltrates in upper lobe of left lung. This points towards presence of infection in the lungs.

I would suggest you consult your local physician to relate this report with history such as presence of fever or cough, complete clinical evaluation and accordingly further course of treatment.
