What does the following mean to a lay person?

No focal consolidations, pleural effusions or pneumothorax
identified. Cardiomediastinal silhouette is mildly enlarged, stable
status post median sternotomy. Trachea is midline. Osseous structures
demonstrate no acute findings. Mild degenerative spondylosis of the
thoracic spine. Soft tissues are unremarkable. No radiopaque foreign body
seen. No suspicious osseous lesions identified. Mild elevation of the
right hemidiaphragm
