What Does The Following Medical Report Indicate?

I m 50years old,and recently i have done Ultrasound and The report shows-

"TVS reveals the Uterus to be anteverted and anteflexed.
It is enlarged and shows a 8.5*6.8cms anterior wall subserosal myoma.
At least 4-5 other smaller interstitisl myomas are seen 8-13mm in size approx."
So Please suggest me what should i do?

Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Uterus is anteverted and ante flexed - these are the various variants how the uterus is lied in relation to the bladder ( this is no a pathology at this time).
2.Its definitely bulky by seeing its measurements - due to multiple mass lesions present with in the myometrium.
3.Subserosal is growth of mass outer side of the uterus.
4.And multiple in the thickness of uterine muscles.
5.The treatment of choice in this case is - hysterectomy ( removal of uterus), initially hormonal treatment can be started followed by the operation. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
