What Does The Following Nuclear Stress Test Report Suggest?
I am a 64 y/o female with no history of heart problems. Ht 65 inches, 198 lbs. Recently had a Nuclear Stress Test done due to recent, intermittent left arm, neck and jaw pain. Results are as follows: No reversible ischemia noted. Preserved LV systolic function with calculated EF of 74%. Report states: Review of rest and stress images reveal mild anterior wall ischemia noted. No wall motion abnormality noted. Review of gated Spect images reveal preserved LV systolic function with calculated EF 74%. Would you please explain what all this means. Thank you

Hello,
Mild anterior wall ischemia means that there is ischemia in heart muscle. You should get an angiography done to study coronary arteries.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
