What Does The Following Pap Smear Report Suggest?

Hello doctor, My wife s pap smear report says smears reveal intermediate cells along with superficial and scattered metaplastic squamous cells. Dense neutrophilic infiltrate and lactobacilli seen. Reactive cellular changes associated with inflammation seen. What does this mean? Pls advise. Thanks
