What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I have had pelvic scan done .. please explain.. I have multiple follicles under 1mm but scan done on the day I thought I had already ovulated a day ago.. went on scan on day 16 and usually my periods are long but this time it felt as if it would be normal ! My scan says I have free fluid small amount in pouch of doglas but didn t mention any ruptured follicles ...ovary volume 9.7mm 11.4, uterus size 5.8*3.6*4.9, ... all 17 follicle in left and 18 in right under 10mm ... have I already ovulated ? What happens to follicles as soon as ovulation detected
