What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?

Pelvic scan• of regular contour a retroflexed uterus of normal size 81.1x56.2mm is scan showing homogeneous myometrial echogenicity and a free 7.81mm endometrium. Minimal fluid 7.26mm in depth is seen in the pOD both ovaries are visualized. Right 37.1x22.0mm left 49.6x29.7mm. The urinary bladder is echo_free and of normal well. Both kidney appear

Hello,

The pelvic scan is normal showing a normal retroverted uterus.
The endometrial thickness is 7.8 mm which needs to be correlated with day of the menstrual cycle.
There is minimum fluid in Pouch of Douglas which is suggestive of ovulation.
No abnormality is detected in the pelvic scan.
