What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Report Suggest?

Hello doctors in the house, Please I did pelvic scan and the results says Non gravid bulky anterverted uterus extending towards the abdomen measuring 57.30x78.10mm(APxL) with heterogeneous myometarial echo pattern Endometrial plate ill is seen and I have Fundus /anterior intramural/submucous=59.79x29.50mm Anterior/ subserous=27.30x30.20mm Anterior suserous( inferior)=21.00x24.80mm

Hi, I think you have got 3 fibroids in your uterus. If you are having heavy bleeding during periods or irregular periods or pain during periods, you may try some hormonal treatment for that. But if it doesn't work, you may need a surgery. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
