What Does The Following Pelvic Scan Result Indicate?

Hi! I did a pelvic scan and the result says non gravid bulky retroverted with heterogeneous myometrical echo pattern it measures about 60mm in AP diameter. Noted within the uterine wall is a posterior intramural hypo echoic mass measuring 48mm x 43mm in size. The endometrial plate is anteriorly. Displaced. Hi,

It is a normal pelvic scan except for myometrial heterogenecity. That might be uterine fibroid and needs further work up.
