What Does The Following Pelvic Ultrasound Report Suggest?
in a recent ct and pelvic ultrasound i found that I have diffusely decreased in attenuation compatible with hepatic steatosis, the right lobe enlarged measuring over 20cm and multilevel facet arthropathy. I have hep c and have been living with it for the last 7 yrs.
There is degenerative changes seen in both lobes of the liver and it is quite common with hepC. Consult a gastroenterologist and he will direct you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
