What Does The Following Pelvis Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hi I am 35 years old.. I had miscarriage last year .. and I am trying to have a baby for 4 years. I had US Pelvis and it shows: the anteverted uterus appears bulky with multiple fibroids measuring 106 x70 x 69 mm anterior wall submucosal fifroid= 7x 6x 6mm posterior wall submucosal fibroids pushing the endometrium upwards measuring 29 x 28 x 26 mm and 14 x 13 x 12 mm fundal intramural fibroid = 27 x 25 x 24 mm posterior wall subserosal fibroid = 56 x 48 x 44mm the endometrium appears smooth and regular measuring 10.4 mm both ovaries appear sonographically unremarkable Rt ov = 39 x 19 x 19 mm = 7.7 cc Lt ov = 35 x 32 x 16 mm = 9.4 cc no adnexal masses or free fluid noted serum prolactin level (XaELX) 521 mlU/L MRI of the head normal ventricles, subarachnoid spaces and brain parenchymal intensities. pituitary gland appears normal in shape and size. please I need your advise thank you

The ultrasound findings shown are highly suggestive of Multiple fibroids uteri.
Fibroid is a benign tumor which arises from the smooth muscles of the uterus and responsible for abnormal bleeding pattern during menses, painful menstrual cycles.
That could be the cause of miscarriage also.
You are advised to consult your Obs/Gyn doctor for proper management.
