What Does The Following Radiographic Report Suggest?

The impression indicated on my radiographic report is Pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion on the left but my sputum result is i am clear of pulmonary PTB and Gene Xpert was done: MTB not detected. I am skinny , what could be the reason if i dont have a tuberculosis.

Hi,

The sputum report and Gene xpert indicate TB free lungs. Pleurodiaphragmetic adhesions only indicate fibrosis due to some inflammatory process.
