Hello

Your semen analysis suggests almost azoospermia(absence of sperm in semen).
Normal sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.

Besides proper clinical examination,you need proper investigations for azoospermia.It include routine hemogram,RBS,hormone analysis.
Azoospermia can be both obstructive or non-obstructive in nature.
You may need biopsy of testis.

Treatment depend upon findings.
