What Does The Following Scan Report Indicate?

I have this concern from my radiology report. Uterus is anteverted. Uterus measures 7.9 x 5.0 x 3.6 cm. Myometrium is heterogenous without discrete mass. Endometrial stripe is 0.8 cm in thickness. 0.9 x 0.8 x 0.7 cm nabothian cyst is noted in the cervix.

It doesn't seem to be any reason to worry about. Everything sounds within the normal range, including the relevant dimensions and appearance. Nabothian cysts are almost a normal finding and heterogenous myometrium, without any visible mass, may mostly need to be monitored once in a while with ultrasound.
