What Does The Following Scan Result Indicate?

Hi doc, can u pls explain dis scan result to me: the uterus is anteverted, gravid and bulky showing a regular and consistent uterine outline. Myometrial pattern is homogeneous. Noted within the uterus is a gestational sac with fetal pole noted within.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in HCM.
The scan indicates that you have conceived.
Presence of gestational sac with fetal pole indicates that you are pregnant.
The other features of uterus is normal and coincides with pregnancy.
